List of 18 items.

  • Admissions

Enrollment in Summer at Crossroads has no bearing on admissions for the academic year.
  • Absences & Tardies

For Upper School credit courses students should plan to attend all twenty four days of class. However, we understand that illness can happen in the summer. For classes that meet for 24 days, a student may only miss a maximum of three meetings of a class. For classes that meet for less than 24 days, a student may only miss two meetings of class.

When absent the student is responsible for completing all assigned work. Students must complete all course requirements to receive Upper School academic credit. Additional absences could lower a students grade in the class or preclude the awarding of any credit.

Two tardies to the same class will count as one absence. Absences due to family vacations or trips do not alter the credit standards noted above.
  • Canceled Classes

We reserve the right to combine or cancel any program or course or to add additional sections and teachers as necessary through, June 24, 2017. In some cases a course will be offered at more than one time. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every attempt to place the student in a comparable program or course. You will be notified when your choices are unavailable. If we are unable to find a program or course that meets your needs, a full refund will be issued.
  • Enrollment

Enrollment is open to the public. There is no enrollment deadline; however, enrollment is based on a first-come first-served basis. Programs and courses have a minimum and maximum enrollment. Wait lists may be started once a program or course is full.

As processed, each student receives an enrollment kit. This kit contains information specific to programs or courses. • Withdrawals or dropped classes between March 15 and May 31 = 50% refund (less processing fee).
