In an effort to support the socio-economic diversity of our summer student population, a limited number of financial aid awards are available through our Tuition Reduction Fund to lower the cost of summer classes. Awards are made based on demonstrated need.
For current Crossroads students
, TRF is processed automatically. Families are to enroll and indicate they are currently on TRF. Families will be contacted by the Summer Office with award details.Non-Crossroads families
should complete our three part process (see below). Please note that the deadline for financial aid applications for students entering grades K-8 is Monday, May 6
. However, students entering grades 9-12 who are interested in academic credit classes may submit applications through June 15.
PART 1 - REGISTER FOR SUMMER CLASSES
1a. Complete the online registration and request for classes for each student. Links to these forms are the yellow buttons above.
1b. Choose the pay by check option. No payment is required at the time of registration.
PART 2 - APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID
2a. Download this Application for Summer Financial Aid - Tuition Reduction Fund.
2b. Complete the Application. All questions must be answered; incomplete forms will be returned and not processed until completed.
2c. Submit the Application via email, fax or mail.
PART 3 - SUBMIT COPY OF COMPLETE TAX RETURN
3a. Submit a current tax return via email, fax or mail.
