Important Information

Fees
Summer at Crossroads fees include all classroom materials, supplies, books, a session photo and a t-shirt.

Lunch/Snack
All students should bring a snack to school each day.

Those attending a week-long program should bring a snack and a lunch to school each day.

Between June 24 to July 26, children have lunch during their afternoon program. A variety of healthy lunch options are available for purchase through Freshlunches. Instructions on how to order from Freshlunches will be available before programs begin in June. Those not purchasing lunch should bring a lunch to school each day.

All students participating in Extended Care in the afternoon are provided with a snack.

Swimming
For those enrolled in the K-5 programs that include a swim component, swimming is provided at our K-12 Sports Center in our heated, outdoor swimming pool. Our qualified aquatics instructors teach our group lesson program. Small group instructional swimming lessons are provided during the afternoon program, Mondays through Thursdays. All children are swim tested for group placement and testing determines the appropriate area of the pool for the student’s participation. The program goals are to encourage water safety, to increase water confidence, and to enhance skills development. Parents are invited to observe swimming at the culmination of each session.

Children should come to school prepared to swim on the first day of their program.
